The Jingneng Sunite Right Banner Wind Power Energy Storage Booster Station to Xixi 2 500kV Substation 220kV Transmission Line, a key State Grid project, places extreme demands on the safety and reliability of foundation connections. The site's complex geological conditions and the equipment must withstand significant operating tension and potential seismic loads. Anchor bolts, the core "joint" connecting the 10,000-ton upper steel structure to the concrete foundation, require material strength, machining precision, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance to be crucial for the safe and stable operation of the entire transmission line. The client imposed stringent requirements for anchor bolt quality, lead time, and full traceability, far exceeding national standards.

1. Optimized Materials and Precision Forging:

Using high-strength alloy structural steels such as 40Cr and 42CrMo as raw materials, and undergoing a precision forging process, we ensure a uniform and dense metallographic structure at the bolt core, resulting in mechanical properties exceeding standard requirements. The measured tensile strength exceeds 800 MPa, guaranteeing the product's load-bearing capacity from the ground up.

2. Ultra-High Precision Machining:

Using CNC lathes for precision turning of the threads, we thoroughly inspect the pitch, thread angle, and major/pitched diameters to ensure thread accuracy of 6g. Screw straightness tolerances are strictly controlled to <L/1000, ensuring a perfect fit with the tower base or equipment foundation, enabling "zero hole expansion" installation and significantly improving construction efficiency.

3. Excellent Dual-Case Anti-Corrosion System:

To address the highly corrosive coastal environment, we utilize a dual-protection process combining mechanical galvanizing and a sealant coating (hot-dip galvanizing is available upon request). The coating thickness is uniform and stable, far exceeding the requirements of the GB/T 13912 standard. An additional sealant coating (such as Dacromet or epoxy sealant) effectively fills the microscopic pores in the threads, providing comprehensive barrier protection and a designed corrosion life of over 30 years.

4. Full-Process Quality Traceability System:

From incoming raw material inspection (material list issuance), to heat treatment and tempering (hardness report provision), to finished product dimensional and mechanical property testing (third-party inspection report provision), each batch of bolts is assigned a unique traceability code. Customers can scan the code to access data from the entire manufacturing process, ensuring true quality transparency and peace of mind.
