Anchor Bolts

Customized according to drawings
Anchor bolts are key mechanical connectors embedded in or post-anchored into concrete foundations, used to precisely secure and connect upper steel structures (such as tower feet, equipment supports, and steel columns) or heavy equipment. They reliably transmit the tensile, shear, and bending forces they bear to the foundation's load-bearing structure. Their design and calculations must strictly adhere to the "Standard for Design of Steel Structures" (GB 50017) and the "Technical Code for Post-Anchoring of Concrete Structures" (JGJ 145). Key types include embedded straight hook, curved hook, and anchor plate anchor bolts, as well as chemical and expansion anchors for post-anchoring. The bolt body is typically manufactured from high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy structural steel with a performance grade of at least 4.8 or 8.8. The surface must undergo a heavy-duty anti-corrosion treatment such as hot-dip galvanizing or Dacromet. Its core technical requirement is to ensure that the burial depth, anchor plate size, spacing and concrete foundation strength (usually not less than C25/C30) can fully meet the anchoring bearing capacity requirements, thereby ensuring the pull-out stability, shear slip resistance and overturning resistance of the entire structural system under complex wind loads, seismic effects and equipment dynamic loads. It is a key component to ensure that the structure and foundation form a rigid whole and achieve "strong anchoring".
